Typically 2–4 weeks, once everything we need from you has arrived. Content readiness, feedback and scope all move it, so the date is confirmed in your written proposal.
Your site can be built on the platform you already use or prefer, or on the one we recommend after looking at what your business needs: how you will edit it, what it costs each month, whether you sell online or take bookings, and how easily you could move later. Your written quote names the platform and explains why it fits. Platform choice can change the price, so it is confirmed in that quote.
Starting at $399 covers design, development, included features, setup, testing and handover. Domain registration and renewals, hosting charges, mailboxes and paid tools are billed separately. Your written quote confirms the upfront total and any recurring costs before you approve paid work.

Monthly care is optional and starts at the prices shown. What applies depends on your platform: Webflow, Wix and Shopify handle some updates and security themselves, so your agreement lists exactly what is covered, the monthly fee, response expectations and cancellation terms before you subscribe. Google controls Business Profile eligibility, and nothing here guarantees rankings, traffic or reviews.
A strong foundation in every phase. Every package includes responsive layouts, speed-conscious development, basic keyboard access and readable structure, clear business information, page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and image optimisation. You supply approved business facts, logo, text, images, and legal policies. Page counts and revision rounds are totals, not additions between tiers.
Search and marketing, clearly scoped. AI-search content uses clear business information, useful answers and sound search foundations; no ranking, AI recommendation, traffic or sales result is guaranteed. Google controls Business Profile eligibility and verification. Ecommerce, product catalogues, payments and shipping require a separate Phase 3 scope and quote. Ongoing SEO, social posting, ad management, ad spend, original copywriting and branding are separate services.
You stay in control. The text editor changes agreed existing wording; new pages, layout changes and integration management need their own scope. Domain connection means setup, not purchase. Domains, hosting, mailboxes, paid tools and their renewals remain in your ownership and are billed separately. No paid work, subscription or vendor purchase begins until you accept its written scope and price.
Launch support and revisions. Each round is one collected set of feedback within scope. Correcting our mistakes does not consume a round. Bug-fix periods cover faults in delivered work, not new content, features or third-party outages. Optional monthly care is separate from these included periods and requires its own agreement.
